Handed in key to Kelso in White house and side quest completed. Decryption showed as 1/2.
Log in today and side quest is active again, but I'm unable to interact with Kelso in White House and completion shows 0/1

I'm not doing it a 3rd time.
You knew this was bugged yet you let us all go off and do it.
Are there any plans to fix this? If so when?

I was so hyped to come back to Division 2 to some new content and gameplay with my old friends. I'm so disappointed the state it's been released in. Screen freezes, Delta O3 crashes. Poorly optimized exiting from count down which causes loss of team, and therefore wasted time trying to get everyone back together if doing a pre-made.
It's bad enough to see so many empty spaces and textiles in the season ladder, but to have the one and only new side quest fail for so many is poor.
So, lets see if your feedback and responses have improved any over the the last 18 months.
Somehow, I doubt it.

Hey there @mystic-dude, thanks for taking the time to get in touch. I understand there have been quite a few issues recently with TU15 and I want to assure you that our teams are aware of them. Regarding the first issue and topic title about the Manhunt, this is something that our teams are actively looking into. It seems that the encryption key is only provided to the session owner. So whilst our teams continue to investigate we would recommend that you reset the progress and redo the Manhunt.

You can find our Known Issues list here, these will be edited and removed as more patches are released. I would recommend you keep an eye on this thread. Regarding the other problems, I can confirm that our teams are also aware of these, and they're currently hard at work investigating them. You should see them listed over in the known issues section, and you can find the latest updates over on our News and Announcements section.

I understand that this may not be the response that you were hoping for, and I want to apologise for any disappointment that this may have caused. I welcome you to continue sharing any thoughts or feedback you may have regarding the problems which have appeared during TU15 within this thread, and I will be sure to pass this along to the dedicated teams.

Additionally, if you have any further questions or you experience any other issues, please do not hesitate to reach back out.
