[2019] What was the bug fix for the Castle settlement?

Yesterday I unlocked the Castle, spoke to Agent Kelso, and got a mission. Today after the patch the Castle doesn't even show up on my map anymore and the mission I got disappeared. I am level 13 and completed all Theater projects and upgrades yesterday. Was I not supposed to be able to access the Castle yet and that is why it no longer appears on my map?

This is correct. The mission will unlock once you've met the requirements. If you still don't see the mission as you progress through the game, let us know!
