[2019] Frame Rate issues mug you over hard

You can into some sticky situations in this game that can be difficult to control. But it doesn't help when a boss decides to rush you and your frame rate decides it's gonna drop like a sack of s**t. The game starts falling apart after playing for at least 30 minutes. Ubisoft please make the frame rate fix a top priority as it ruins the experience
