So I submit my issue in the PS4 section of the official Ubisoft Division 2 section and the Ubisoft support person asked questions that we already mentioned in the original post, along with a video. Then he links me on how to verify files on my Uplay (PC). I don't play on PC which is why I posted in the PS4 section.
This is terrible customer service. When we talk about Massive not listening or fixing issues it might have to do with Ubisoft support personnel being terrible at their jobs too. Obviously not all Ubisoft support are like this but this is ridiculous.
