Hi my PlayStation 4 froze while playing Divisions 2 and upon restart of the console and the game my character has been deleted as of last night. Im really sad by this a sit took me a long time to level up my character and get the right gear and build. Is there any way Ubisoft can restore the agent? Ive tried getting hold of support but I cant get through. Apparently live chat isnt available and and theyre not taking emails.
