Regarding the Catharsis mask, we're not aware of any active issues which would cause this to go missing. Therefore if this is still missing, could you please reach out and create a case through the Ubisoft Support website? Please also attach a short clip clearly displaying you owned the mask previously, and that you now do not have it. Here, one of our specialists will be able to take a closer look into what might have caused this.
