I seem to be stuck in the story, I've done all the missions and have taken down the new target, but it says that I'm missing the second decryption key:
Also I'm a bit confused on how you join the new Power Plan with others, When I put my mousepointer over the new location I can't join:

To help avoid further confusion, could you please create a separate thread regarding the power plant mission you have mentioned? This will help avoid any confusion and ensure that we address each problem. When creating this thread, could you please also share a short clip displaying this in action? You could directly upload the clip to an online video-sharing platform like Twitter or YouTube. Alternatively, you can always try uploading it here on the discussions or try sending it to us another way, such as through a file-sharing site.
Regarding the decryption key issue you have mentioned, we have received several similar reports. Could you please go through this technical troubleshooting article for me ensuring you have completed all of the steps? These steps can help rule out many of the common causes for technical-related issues. If you have gone through those steps, but you still encounter problems, could you please also share a short video displaying that you have taken down the target, but that you cannot use the second key?
