[2020] Trouble linking Twitch to Ubisoft account?

I’m getting zero help from the Ubi reddit so I thought I’d ask here...

I’ve been an Ubisoft member for 9 years, always logged in via my console. But when I login on mobile or desktop it shows all my information, then when I go to the Ubi “drops” page and attempt to link my Twitch (even though I’m still logged in via Ubi) it wants me to enter my Ubi email and password. Thing is, I don’t have one because I’ve always logged in via the Xbox feature.

So I try my Xbox email... nothing. Try the email I think may be linked to my Ubi... nothing. Go to my account info... no email listed anywhere with no option to add one.

Try making a new account on Ubi to link my Xbox account to... no option to link Xbox, only Twitch and Facebook.

Any help would be awesome.
