[2021] Scorpio causing Delta-03 disconnects

Very bizarre bug I seem to be having. I just recently got Scorpio to drop for me, so I went to give it a whirl and noticed that after shooting someone with it, I was immediately de-sync'd and unable to deal damage to enemies for about a minute or so until I was finally booted with a delta-03 error. I thought it was probably a fluke, but sure enough every subsequent time I've engaged with the Scorpio, I de-sync and get Delta-03'd shortly afterward. I believe I've only had a roughly 5-10 minute period of using the gun where this didn't occur after multiple testings. This is the only instance of getting disconnected I've experienced barring legit server issues.

No idea what could be causing this. Anybody else experience this issue or knows what the possible cause is? Kind of a bummer at the moment since this effectively renders Scorpio useless to me.
