[2020] Fast travel bug

Among the seemingly endless bug list with this game, is anyone else getting the fast travel bug; where you highlight a specific location, it shows the path line in the map to that same location, then as soon as you hold X it fast travels you to somewhere else?

I was going from one end of DC to another and it sent me to Coney Island (lost my bounty).

I was going to NYC (from DC) and it sent me to the Zoo.

Unbelievable...
