Please help.
- Can't open any division 2 apparel chest (with video listed below)
- Can't earn any chest key after level-up 4 levels (I tried to level-up 8 levels, and confirmed that the system didn't add 2 keys ).
- There's no problem last night, but today, it's not working with error of "unable to process your request"
- I can't get any chest keys(wasting the time), thus stop playing the game. The chest event is getting closer to the end, but I can't do anything.
- I try to restart/reboot my Xbox, but still got the same problem
- My friend also playing with xbox w/o any problem. But for unknown reason, I can't get any chest key (after level-up 4 levels) and can't open any chest box with error of "unable to process your request".
