[2019] Please buff the exotics so they are real exotics. (Look at Destiny 2 or better Division 1)

We have a short update on exotics (and that includes the Eagle Bearer) today on State of the Game. We agree that exotics can be changed a bit to make them more interesting. We want them to be competitive and have some changes planned.
