I'd suggest you post your specs and the video in a post and one of our team will be able to assist you.
Since the maintenance on tuesday i cant play the game anymore. Whenever i enter a mission area frames drop to 1 fps. If i leave the area again, like seen in the video, i get my normal 100 fps and above back.
This happens with EVERY mission in the game. So the only thing i can do right now is walk the streets.
CPU Usage is at 60%
Verified Files, deleted the game, reinstalled it. No Windows Updates, no Driver Updates.
As you can see, when i am outside, the game runs fine with above 100 fps. This only happens when entering any mission in the game.
I opened a thread in the forum.
Hey thanks for doing this, I will chase it up on my end to see what could be going wrong.
