@Colon88 It depends on your platform: https://ubi.li/zvzev ! For EST players, it should be 12am on X1 and PS4, 1am EST on PC (for Gold and Ultimate Edition owners).

@MEggebraaten The Rewards should be available in-game after claiming them from the Ubisoft Club. If some rewards are not appearing in-game we would advise contacting @UbisoftSupport
PC players who would connect to the same network and play together were meeting a number of issues when interacting with each other - this should now be fixed but please keep sharing your feedback with us. #AskTheDivision2
@JackCumberland This isn't a known issue. We would advise opening a ticket with @UbisoftSupport with screenshots attached so that it can be investigated further

@edharmer Thank you for reporting. This is a visual issue: you're rewarded the proper loot as intended and that loot should properly display in your inventory. We're investigating that issue currently.

@supermahyo The Division 2 is set 7 months after the initial outbreak. Some have chosen to play The Division for full immersion, but it isn't necessary.
