[2020] What's up with DZ matchmaking after TU9?

I do not know if I am the only to experience this but, since TU9 was deployed on Tuesday, the waiting-time for DZ matchmaking has increased by a lot. Sometimes, I just give up after 5-10 minutes have gone by and just go in by myself. I live in Europe, and CET 9-12 PM used to be the most crowded times at DZ. Same! Matchmaking cannot find me a single group! It does not seem to be related to the time of the day or the type of DZ, since it happens both in the invaded and normalized DZ's. What's going on? Is this recognized to be a bug introduced by TU9? Is everyone busy doing other things??
