So I just claim the game for free and I download it immediately, but when I open it the game still says "free trial has expired, please buy the full game". is it that means the free game is actually a free trial, or am I doing it wrong?

Isn't that for the trial version? The free (forever) version seems to be here: https://register.ubisoft.com/the-division/en-US
They both should lead to the same place. I think if someone has tried the trial before they may need to delete that and go ahead with a fresh install.
