I have been experiencing and issue for very long now. I have noticed that sometimes when I shoot the grande launcher, it seems to fire what i call, Ghost grenades". When i shoot, you hear the sound of the grande launcher being shot, but nothing happens, i mean theres no explosion, and the enemies don't take any damage. its almost as the nades, vanish into thin air. This has been happening far too often. I wanted to know if any of you have also had this happen to you?

Does it happen all the time or only in certain conditions and with certain enemies? Any particular place you notice it happening more frequent etc?

This happens all the time in any place or in any stage day or night. Either playing by my self or playing with a full group. Happens in the DZ as well. Ghost nades. They dont blow up. But they do reduce ammo count showing that a nade has be fired.
I get it too and I've had it in TB CWO and at least 5 of the story missions
