To unlock Stage 2 of the Technician specialization I need to complete the Roosevelt Island mission on normal or higher difficulty before the invasion but it isn't registering and I can't progress further due to this.
So far, I've completed it on Story mode as well as on multiple difficulties, but the game just isn't marking it as completed. Logging out and back in isn't helping either.
According to Reddit and the PS4 forum this bug is months old but still an issue but I haven't read this to be a known issue for PC.
