I can almost see it in my head. “We are being ripped off! This should have been free and included with the year one stuff, this is such a rip off, this game is dead to me!!” But far far far worse.

Honestly it looks like a full on expansion that I would have bought in the 90s for 30 bucks. A new area to explore probably a decent amount of quests and side quests to get the civilian group on your side again. I’m going to stick in my bubble and be cautiously looking forward to heading back to New York.
