Increased the base damage of Shotguns in PvE.
Changed shotgun PvP modifier to 1.0 (was 1.65).
Changed the general PvP modifier to 0.55 (was 0.40)
These changes will reduce TTK in PvP, increase damage for shotguns in PvE and decrease their damage in PvP.
