Usually this problem is related to your Windows user permissions or your antivirus or firewall blocking them.

Could you copy here the lines in your ZXLog file just after the crash and before launching the game again? This file is usually in the path Documents/My Games/They are Billions.

but in fact it is precisely the error that appears to me when saving, when I choose "save & exit". He does it casually, not with a precise cadence.

Probably your problem is related to your antivirus or firewall. If you are not able to saved your game there are problem with writing permissions. This permissions usually are modified by your antivirus or firewall. Check and allow the game in these softwares.
