Custom maps are not available to be downloaded, you just can subcribe to play them.

Sorry but I'm little lost with your explanation.
Maps cannot be downloaded. You can subcribe for a map in the Workshop, then you can play it.
The only folder which can contain maps is maps (projects) you have done.
