I am having trouble with my emotes in every channel I subscribe to. I can see the emotes but on the bottom left of the emote is a lock. Is that something I can fix? Can I fix it?

External link →Is this on iOS? Could you please confirm the App Version you are using (visible in Settings, at the bottom)?
Also, could you please list one or two channels where this happened?
