at this point, these ads are driving me up the wall. i cannot stand the six 30 second ads playing during peak gameplay when im watching my streamer. apparently twitch is going to spend full time working on bypassing ad blockers instead of focusing on something like the dmca situation.

because of this ill propose this, clearly amazon dosnt think twitch is making enough money. fine, give us an option to tack on yet another charge to remove ads like youtube. i will happily pay an additional 5 bucks a month to stop these ads from ruining my experience. i watch way too many streamers to justify paying 5 bucks per streamer per month. well over 50 streamers in a month.

i know this isnt as easy as i make it sound, but i almost find twitch unwatchable in this state. its either random bulk ads or 3 minutes of ads every 30 minutes manually. would you pay 5-10 bucks a month (on top of prime or subscriptions) for ad removal? i would.

thanks for the speedy reply, curious on why twitch dosnt push this more often instead of ads. may i recommend a popup of some sort that detects adblockers and suggests turbo? i would consider that a much less annoying way to push people to a less annoying for everyone way of making more money, than forcing ads and not obviously showing an alternative besides subbing to every single person you watch.

ive been watching twitch for years and never heard of turbo.

I can't really answer as I honestly don't know, I'm sorry.
