How to enter:

Hi everyone. There are a few things working in tandem here, so I'd like to clarify!

The Observatory bounds were adjusted recently, because they caused issues like invisible walls in other Dojo rooms. It seems some objects placed out of bounds moved because of that change, and unfortunately, we can't move them back without causing further issues. Other issues you've reported are being investigated! A fix for Dojo lighting is on the way in the next major console update.

We love the magnificent structures Clans have built out of bounds, and we want you to feel encouraged to create that kind of art without worrying about possible bounds changes in the future. After reading your concerns, the team has been working on a way to keep those structures in bounds so we can properly support them.

A new Dojo room is in the works! This room will have no walls, only a small base and open skybox. You'll be able to create ginormous structures...

Generic Rifle Riven Hotdrop
Yesterday we Hotdropped a fix that addressed the generic Rifle Riven by removing the ability to roll/Trade a generic Rifle Riven. 

For those that own a generic Rifle Riven, this Hotfix will overwrite & reroll to an eligible Riven of a specific weapon, and then refund any Endo/Kuva that was spent on the generic Rifle Riven.

If you have Traded for X and you do not like your replacement Riven please contact Support for further options!

We see some players in older Flotilla instances are experiencing bugs that newer Flotilla instances aren't experiencing. If you're having trouble receiving Kill Codes, please relog and choose a new instance!

We're investigating the kill codes bug right now! Hang tight while we get to the root of the issue. A fix is in the works!

Fixes:

• Fixed The New War cinematic not playing when selected from the The New War Chapters Codex, if Erra Quest was completed prior to the Update.
• Fixed cases of being stuck on a blank screen when entering a Flotilla.

We're taking another look at what might be causing the blank screen bug on Nintendo Switch! I'm so sorry for the trouble, everyone. Thank you for your reports. We'll get this fixed right away.

There is a bug on the switch. I can not enter the scarlet spear. The only time I'm able to enter the scarlet spear if I have teammates with me but it won't let Me in by myself. Also my points are not being counted towards the emblem rewards.
