We’ll be looking to adjust this in the future so that the shield is similar to having - or not having - a secondary weapon and doesn’t bring down your score when nothing is slotted. Thanks for your report!

Hello! After checking in, it does look like this is by design and not a bug.

We’re looking into the bug here regarding why that mob isn’t marked for the quest, but you should be able to kill the mob in front of you in your screenshots in order to complete the quest!

Hello! Please make sure to fill out the provided form when submitting bugs so we get all the information we need to properly document bugs and be able to easily respond to your inquiries! In this case, I’m going to have to assume the issue you’re discussing is regarding Divine Embrace not reducing cooldowns, in which case we have a fix in testing!
