Thank you for your patience, Zaxter. We’re testing another fix for the scene browser that the purchase dialog is dependent on. If testing goes well, we should be able to deliver this along with the next balance patch. Please keep us updated.

Thank you for the bug reports. First of all, this is not a bug. Second of all, we acknowledge that this is not an optimal experience to have in Storm League. We’re intending to address this in the upcoming season. Please check out the blog post and an my answer in other thread below.

I feel you. Making everyone have enjoyable experience regardless of the league is our goal. This was brought up and we planned some work for it, but we couldn’t get to this portion of Ranked Update in time. I am sorry to hear that your experience in this season was suboptimal.

We have some ideas to try out. Mainly we want everyone feel like they’re progressing at the meaningful rates regardless where your’re at. In order to do it, we probably need to map the MMR range of the Bronze 5 onto much wider range of Ranked Points. We’re still hashing out the design details, but I am hoping we can deliver this in the upcoming season. Please stayed tuned and please give us feedback when the new change is introduced to a upcoming Ranked Season.

Hello everyone.

Thank you again for your patience on this matter. We have identified 3 separate issues that has caused the black screen rendering issue on the Gem purchase dialog. We’re currently testing the fix and it will be released with the upcoming major patch.

Once the patch goes out, I would really appreciate if you leave any feedback so that we can further assist you.
