We do have Oceania servers, but if the concurrent player population drops in that region, you may matchmake in a more populated region. We’re working on some things to help improve this.

That’s fair. I don’t have any info yet on changes to Assignments or Combat Roles.

We are doing some changes to Challenge Assignments that I’ll be posting about in the next day - by Friday at the latest (pending approvals).

The quick fix is to hard reset your console. (Xbox, right?) Hold the power button on the console for 45 seconds. This can help. If that doesn’t resolve it, further steps, like the ones listed above, can help.
