Please submit a bug report if you have not already. If it is impossible for you to get into the game you can submit one via our website, if so please try to include a screenshot of the error to help us pin point the problem. Thank you!

To help your situation you can go into the EVE Launcher, open Preferences - Wine Version - switch to Latest or wine-4.17. Also make sure you have “Run clients with 64 bit” enabled.

Could you describe exactly how it is broken? This would be a huge help to us. If you have not already submitted a bug through the F12 menu, doing that would be even better.
The volume attribute of Pirate Shipyard caches has been increased.
