We will have more details coming soon, but basically, we will be stopping the sale of Loot Boxes from all of our platforms at the end of this seasonal event. Once this event is over, you can still earn standard loot boxes by playing the game until we launch Overwatch 2 on October 4th.

Hey guys, to help out I need to know which platform(s) you cannot access your skins on (PC, PS4/5, Xbox 1/X/S, Switch) and which version of Overwatch did you purchase to get the Origin Edition skins (Origins, Collectors, Game of the Year, Legendary Edition, or the OW2 Watchpoint Pack).

Hey everyone, sorry if any of you having issues with earning Overwatch League tokens. I will try to keep an eye on any trending issues but also remember that on occasion token drops can be delayed at times. I do recommend that anyone having issues across multiple broadcasts check this guide from Blizzard Support.

Thanks! I do believe this is a minor bug they are tracking but restarting the game client typically works. Apologies for the inconvenience, and I hope you enjoy the new skin!

Please completely close the game client and relaunch it. Let me know if that worked.

For PC players, access to the beta may be granted several hours before you receive any email. Occasionally try completely closing down the BattleNet launcher and restarting it as that will check for access. Also understand, that it may take a few hours still as they roll out invites.
