These SEA IPs are timing out now, were they changed or any changes were made after the new Valorant servers were released?
Ohhhhhh that's my bad. So they won't actually respond to ping yet. I've got a ticket on the backlog and a half finished PR to add the code to handle ICMP :(

Hi everyone, thanks for responding. The chatter you all made on here bought it to our attention while really quickly. And the responses gave the team somewhere to start looking for bugs. I just spoke with the one of the devs working on the issue. They believe they've found the issue and are testing out the patch as I type this.

Hey if you're still having this problem can you send what region you're playing from? As well as your Riot Name with the hashtag?
Do you have to talk to residential ISPs to make sure they hand off Riot Game related packets directly to your POP or does your system handle that automatically?
You don't have to do anything at all. You're ISP want's to offload your traffic as fast as possible, so it will route it to one of Riot Direct's PoPs.
