Mhm, that's an interesting one. Can you have them reach out to Player Support? Sounds like some Network Engineers should get in the conversation on this one.
These SEA IPs are timing out now, were they changed or any changes were made after the new Valorant servers were released?
Ohhhhhh that's my bad. So they won't actually respond to ping yet. I've got a ticket on the backlog and a half finished PR to add the code to handle ICMP :(
