Did they push back? They said on Titan Talk Friday they wanted it out this morning.
Oh? I haven't seen anything about it, but it's entirely possible I missed it. The in-game dates still say tomorrow so I went off that. I'll keep my pin until it's cleared up, but I'll edit it to acknowledge this, thanks. :)
Edit: As scheduled in-game, the patch is due to be out tomorrow, not today. However, it is possible the patch will be today according to a titan talk.

How can you say it doesn't change his damage much except for where it significantly changes his damage?
Besides the fact that executes are gimmicky and lame, Sobek can now deal significant damage to both carries and tanks without building any damage. How is that good character design? Why does sobek need to have so much kill potenial? He already has 3 forms of cc, a passive that increases protections, CC immunity, decent-ish escape, and (now) 2 abilities that heal. Why does he need to have an AOE execute? It makes no f**king sense. He is going to be a nightmare to balance.
Yes, he can only now do significant damage to carries, compared to S1 where he'd only do a pitiful 900 base plus 80% int to them.
He's just been given a tankbuster ability that will be useful once every so often, literally nothing game breaking if you look at it for more than 2 secs.

For some people who don't want spoilers having this title in their feed, or in their notifications, kinda sucks.
Like the other person mentioned, all information within the title is information that has been made public as an announcement from HiRez and is therefore free to post.
Any posts containing info in the titles about things that are unconfirmed at a given moment aren't allowed on the sub.
That was exactly my point and absolutly all examples you gave prove it, we all simplify those characters names BY USING THEIR FIRST NAME and look at them in the letter of the simplified name. Idk if it is going to be a aphabetical filter or something like that, but for sure everyone is going to look for the character in the "M" or by the name Mulan. I think could be cofusing for new players
This has to be a bit right? Half of the examples I gave aren't even character names? Baron is a generic title, and Baba is old woman in Slavic.
Even the worst of the search bars would be able to return Mulan when searched, even with her name being Hua Mulan.

Yea while we're at it let's rename Bake Kujira to Bake, Baba Yaga to Baba, Baron Samedi to Baron, Erlang Shen to Erlang, Maman Brigitte to Maman, and Sun Wukong to Wukong, cause that's what people refer to them as anyway right?
Just cause people simplify god names doesn't mean it's lore accurate or just plain correct.
