What makes her good is her kit. Using her Super in the right moment will win games. The notorious Gem Grab example comes to mind. Overall she's just very versatile. Gadget is strong in supporting area control, but easily disposed if enemies get angle or throwers.
I don't think she's OP. The aim mechanism requires players to be very deliberate and planned - bad positioning or "trigger" discipline will screw you. Auto-aim range is tiny and damage output is mediocre with almost zero burst potential.

Player Support replies within ~24 hours. Conversations aren't typically real time. If it was an Apple device you can also contact their support to request a refund.

@oezcan03 Impossible to say at this level. We didn't optimize the comp or anything but didn't lose a single game. But that doesn't mean much until 500.
