And on the flip side, in non-SBMM wouldn't you just end up with a way too big variation of skill to have meaningful skill development both on the low/high end of skill levels?

Official accounts are there for that. Private accounts add flavor and personal insights nobody is entitled to. 🤷🏼‍♂️
