[1.19 Patch Notes Corrections]
We had previously mentioned in our Patch Notes 1.19 that we would fix the following:

• New achievements will now be correctly counted.
  
• Achievement counts will no longer reset.

However, upon starting today's maintenance we encountered some issues and will need to address the aforementioned problems in the next update.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and appreciate your patience as we work towards resolving these issues.

Please look forward to the fixes in the upcoming 0.20 Update.

On our last 1.18 Patch Notes we gave you a reminder of the expiration of Vacance Tokens in the store.
However, we've confirmed that some of you still had said tokens remaining in your account and were unable to exchange them on time before they expired.

This appears to have been caused by confusion stemming from an in-game tooltip.
We want to clarify that this tooltip has now been removed from the Exchange menu and we have temporarily brought back such tokens. However, please note that Vacance Tokens will remain valid only until just before the maintenance on April 11th.

If you still have some Vacance Tokens, make sure to use them before that date.
