Try performing a "check and repair" of the client.

If that doesn't work, "whitelist" the WG launcher on your firewall/router.

And if problems persist, create a "WGcheck report" on the "?" list of options and forward that over to the Support Team.

We frequently run marketing campaigns and experiments to reach players using different platforms based on their subscription for WG news and notifications.

In this case, we tried reaching players using the linked cell phone to their WG account notifying them of gifts that were delivered to their accounts from us.

However, we can only send this notification to their cell phone if they have opted-in to receive messages from WG.

We cannot send messages to players on any platform without their expressed consent or permission.
