Thanks for the report, however this interaction only occurs when Warcry actually hits a target, which it does not do by default. Taking the node “Kinetic Scream” should resolve this.

Yep, we’re investigating this.

The damage appears to be coming from the blood splatter, not Rip Blood itself.
