Bit of a late reply, but support is the correct channel to use. I do a little bit of community outreach in between work, but I'd still go through the same channel of dealing with an appeal as support will!

How is it possible that this autotyping bot is still running after months? The fact that this guy has a somewhat high total level should in no way justify the fact that this guy can use illegal software to promote their services, let alone infernal cape services within that discord.

Little late to respond, but I have banned the people on this list that are botting. I linked the accounts to the person they were trading and also banned all of those.

Chatting bots at the GE seem to be completely gone, and it's the best update for me this year.

It's something we consistently look at, but I went through a lot of player reports yesterday and removed quite a few as there's generally someone playing the account rather than botting.

They'll get looked at either way, but if they're consistently sending the same message with similar time gaps in between, they're generally bots.
