In the next Beta build, we’ve made some changes to the Night Fae’s Signature Ability, Soulshape. These changes are aimed at addressing the feedback we’ve heard from you, and echoed in our own playtesting, that Soulshape simply doesn’t feel powerful enough.

• Flicker – Soulshape’s teleport effect – now teleports you 15 yards forward (up from 10 yards).
• Activating Soulshape will now immediately cast Flicker, teleporting you and putting Flicker on cooldown.
• Soulshape now increases movement speed by 50% (up from 30%).

We’ve also fixed a number of issues with how Soulshape interacts with Druid shapeshift forms. For Druids, Soulshape will now behave like a real shapeshift form. If a Druid is in Cat Form and activates Soulshape, their action bar will change to the default bar instead of remaining on the Cat Form bar. Additionally, Soulshape will remember what form the Druid was in when activated, and return ...

A new build will be coming to the Public Test Realm (PTR) this week and will only contain non-player facing changes that are required for Shadowlands. We wanted to provide an advance notice that there won’t be any new features to be tested in this build.

The Paragon caches opened in the past will retroactively count towards increasing the Rank 4 Essence drop rate of your future caches. The odds will eventually reach 100%.

We’re increasing the drop rate of Rank 4 Essences for eligible players as they open more Rustbolt Resistance, Ankoan/Unshackled, Rajani, and Uldum Accord Paragon caches. This change will also be retroactive and will count the Paragon caches that were opened in the past.

We’re aiming to implement this change in the next day or two, we’ll be sure to update the thread when the changes are live.

That is correct! Tauren’s won’t be able to shapeshift into tusked-tiger cats, they will stick to their Tauren Druid forms.

You’ll still be able to transmog your Artifact weapons, but they won’t override the selected Barber Shop appearances.

We’re looking into fire kitty as an option. Thank you for the suggestion.

In Shadowlands, Druids can travel to their local Barber Shop and now choose their Bear and Cat Form appearances separately from their character’s hair or fur color. This addition to the Barber Shop services will also include the option to select Bear and Cat Form Artifact appearances so all Druid specs can have the choice to shapeshift into their unlocked Artifact appearances and allow Guardian and Feral Druids to have more choices with weapon transmogs when choosing their Artifact forms.

The Barber Shop will also allow Druids to select their favorite Aquatic, Flight and Travel Forms so that they will no longer require switching glyphs to change the animal forms. These glyphs will now become a one-time use to unlock the appearance and switch the forms easily at the Barber Shop.

What colors and forms do you plan to have for your Druid?

Don’t you worry, Void Elves will go back to wearing their darker underwear in the future.

In an upcoming Shadowlands Alpha build, Blood Elves and Void Elves will be receiving some new customization options that some of you may be interested in . We wanted to give you an early look at a few of these new options available to the two races, with the first being several shades of blue eyes to choose from.

And last but not least, I love elves. All elves. They’re just so elegant and dreamy, what’s not to love about them? Don’t tell Kaivax or Bornakk, but I sneaked my way onto the team mostly to try to make Blood Elf Druids a reality. Okay, this isn’t true at all… I’ve always wanted to join the team.
