It would be nice if you showed the runes from the start of the game. Not really sure why its only shown after some time.
Agree. Runes integration in general is something we are still working on, I believe indeed there is room for improvement there and you should expect improvements as we move on.
They have done a great job with the new interfaces. My only complaint with this one is that you can't tell who won the previous games. It would be nice if for past games the winning team's logo would stay light up while the rest of the card went black and white. It would just help clarify, especially later in the season when it's hard to keep track of individual team scores.

Hey, you are not wrong. With some team logos it is indeed hard to notice (G2 as a prime example ). We are aware and already looking into some improvements. Glad you guys liked it , and keep the feedback coming, lots of us around taking a look ;)
The problem might be that they have nothing to communicate, because they are still "tying some things up" and thus can't go into any specifics.

That's precisely why I did not want to leave the thread without any answer at all. There is clearly a lot of (understandable) frustration in the thread, so the easy way out would just have been to ignore it, and wait till we are "Ready" to share something else.. but we really want to change that dynamic and be more open, so I opted for jumping in, to at least acknowledge this, and let you guys know that there will be a follow up before the end of the year (and that's not too far off)

Hey Guys, we hear you. We want to be more involved and open when it comes to our communication and engagement with the community, so something like an AMA makes total sense.
NA just had the announcement for the NALCS teams so from a timing perspective their AMA made perfect sense. On our end, we are still tying some things up, so it will take just a bit more time, but you will definitely hear more from us before the end of the year.

Sad to see they chose French as broadcasting language since it isn't appealing to foreigners who want to travel to Paris :(
We actually make the call based on the different markets. True, English penetration is different in all the countries in EU, but this is not just about if people speaks or not the language, also what is their preferred language to play and watch.
So essentially, we try to ensure that the experience at the Venue resonates with the local players as much as possible. It's about creating the best experience we can, and that changes depending on where we are going
Very excited to go back to Paris, the french crowd set a high bar already and I am ready to set a new one even higher !
