Today will be the EU Invitational Bracket for the 2nd Hardstuck Conquest League. Two weeks ago, we watched as 9 teams clawed their way out of the Open bracket to compete with the Invitational teams, and today is the day we watch as they clash. Once again, only 2 teams from today's matches will make it through to tomorrow's Global Cross Region Matches, and we have some very competitive teams for sure. But no matter who comes out on top today, they will have their work cut out for them facing off against NA's strongest - Skillcapped, as well as the winners of the previous HCL, The USA Dragons.

I hope you are all doing well! I am here to announce an event that will be happening this Saturday the 18th. If you don't want all the background info, I will be posting all relevant links at the bottom of this post, so feel free to scroll down there if you like!

Otherwise, here's what's happening:

Back in July, a member of the GW2 Community named Juni was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. Her partner, a GW2 streamer named MaericTV began giving updates in his discord about everything they were going through, and how they were planning to deal with it. Juni has since received surgery and things seem to be moving in the right direction, but we are going to be running this event to raise some money to help them with any medical bills or otherwise, that they find themselves now dealing with. Idk anything about raids or raiding or bosses but I do know that Deaxxon is one heck of a guy. I hear he once bench pressed all of NA while simultaneously getting first in a raid tournament. Dudes massive.

During GvG rounds, it will be 15vs15, but the guilds aren't limited to how many players can be on their rosters. However players are only allowed to play for one guild in the tournament.

I am very pleased to announce that Guild MM, partnering with Hardstuck and Mightyteapot, will be hosting a GvG (Guild vs Guild) Tournament, and it will be starting in just about a month!

But Roy, there's no such thing as GvG in GW2!!!

Fear not, for that has never stopped us even a little bit in the last 8 years, and it certainly won't be stopping us now!

OVERVIEW

We've put on Tournaments in the past, but never with the same ambition as this! Starting May 31st Guilds on both regions, EU and NA, will be split up into groups, and will GvG within their groups for 2-3 weeks. Afterwards, on June 19/20th each region will have a Final, consisting of the top guilds from each group. Finally, on June 27th we will hold a Global Finals for the top guild from each region. For the first time ever, we will be including Cross Region GvG's in a Tour...

In just under an hour from now, the PvP Festivities that have occurred the last two weekends will be coming to an end, but what an end they will be! Finally the time has come for our Cross Region matches, where we'll get to see the long awaited International Worms vs Team USA match up. But that's not all! After a huge upset yesterday on EU, a new top EU team has emerged in the form Prestige Beating the Worms 2-1 yesterday in the finals, they will be EU's top seed in today's bracket, facing off first against NA's number two team On Tilt
