I grew up around water my entire life. I swam in high school, was the captain of team, and pretty much consider myself half fish.
With that said I am not a fan of Waterparks in general, or water rides, but I really enjoy volcano Bay.

So are rideshare not allowed to drop people off at Helios, Terra Luna, and Stella Nova? I have a split stay next month so trying to figure out how to get from Aventura to one of the Epic Universe hotels since I don't have a car. I can't use the shuttle buses because they don't allow luggage on it but if an Uber or Lyft can't find a hotel, I am not sure if I should just stay at Aventura.
Like I said just tell them to use google maps.
You have all become the snowflakes you hated.
Yeah this sub is absolutely unsalvageable at this point
Yeah weird it’s almost like it’s performing like a series that has sold 60m copies… oh.
You should probably get over it. Nobody cares.
You don’t have to downvote everything I say… I’m a universal noob. Disney freak I was just trying to stay up-to-date on somewhere that I’m looking at staying. Is that such a bad idea? Gladly noted that he is a negative thinker that tends to look for issues.
I didn’t vote your comment up or down?
Dude. I’m going off of Kevin Heimbachs review. If he’s biased or a shill, I will gladly retract. I’ll take your word for it though, as you’ve been more recently
I’m sorry but I used to like him as a creator and watch all his videos but all he does lately is look for problems. I’m totally onboard with toxic positivity also being bad because then nothing improves, but he’s not someone I watch anymore because he isn’t looking to be constructive imho and just want the clicks.
Read moreI didn't feel like the buffet was worth $36/person. We did epic on sat and stayed overnight at Helios and we had Easter breakfast there. It was ok but all the items I had were just room temp not hot from the buffet itself. Also couldn't order the omelet at the omelet bar you had to wait for the server to take the order and then they cook it. Our room was still not ready after 5pm bc we got there around 930am and left our bags got the keys and went to the park. Never got the text about it being ready and we went to the lobby and I asked if we had a room yet and whoever it was helped us was very nice. We had no problem waiting for her to look into it and we were just hanging in the lobby. It took her about 10-15min again we were not angry whatsoever and she apologized as soon as she gave us our keys and said I've already added $100 credit for you to use however you wish! I thought that was amazing that she just gave it to us. Definitely went over and beyond what she needed to. We ord...
Maybe I was just starving due to the 2 failed door dashes and it was nearly 1am but the room service burger was phenomenal lol
Staying in June. Can you see the new park from somewhere in the hotel other than a park view room? Thanks
Yup! Immediately walking into the hotel there is a giant window and patio you can go out onto.
Since it’s still a newer location the address isn’t public on Uber. You’ll have to message the driver and tell them to input the address on Google maps.
Someone did not read my post 🤣
Do you know how much is the buffet breakfast at the hotel? And are they even serving that?
I think it was $35. Like I said before, they were very accommodating. For example, I don’t eat pork so asked if the à la cart chicken sausage was on the buffet. He said he’d take care of it for me and just brought me some!
Now you’re making me nervous for my stay at Stella Nova in a couple weeks… I already get nervous doing Ubers lol
Just tell them to use google maps and it’s fine every time.
I’ve heard the food and staff are unbeatable and I’ll be eating at flora and having a lamb burger for my birthday. It’s just that the overnights are whats upsetting people. I’ve heard there’s a lot of electrical problems, that people were finding screws in their rooms, etc.
Definitely experienced nothing like that. Nothing but positive things to say. Maybe I’m a little biased because I woke up to this:
I’ve heard some pretty damning things about it. I can’t believe others are saying it’s perfect.
What things? Every member of staff went above and beyond, great location, bed was comfortable, good amenities, amazing rooftop bar. No complaints here.
We had the same issue this weekend—3 uber/lyfts cancelled on us since they couldn’t find the hotel. Eventually took the bus to citywalk to take an uber there lol
Yeah last night we were starving and had 2 lost DoorDash orders before we gave up after 1.5 hours and just got room service.
Even contacted them directly and said the same thing to use google maps and didn’t matter as it never came.
People get DD while they're at a hotel?
Omg yes or Walmart deliver if there for awhile.
Going to get a drink at the bar, whipping out the phone, order some late night DoorDash, then picking it up and returning to the room for a movie and food is a cherished post part tradition!
No one can find it. 2 failed DoorDash orders and 1 failed Uber later.
Google maps seems to direct you to the address correctly, but I confirmed with staff their official address is indeed 8505 S Kirkman Rd, Orlando, FL 32819 but seems all other apps are wrong.
I know it’s early, I know it’s preview, but hope it’s worked out soon!
Other than that. The hotel is perfect.
External link →I love this post and wish you the best of luck. I would also be surprised if you’re stuck on a ride for so long. Also which ride did you get stuck on.
Ministry. It has been up and down since 5
Yes! I was still shopping in there at like 9:40 p.m. on Saturday night despite the park closing at 9.
Ok. Fingers crossed they have the donkey Kong hat he wanted haha. Ty!
