I sent a ticket via the website with as much information as I had since I couldn't quite figure out how to do so on Discord.
That works too! For the future, if you have a casual game question, just drop by the #gameplay-talk channel. We have folk on there pretty much 24/7 to help you out with your questions.
Tried both directions, I'm wondering if there's some weird interaction at work with anything on my end--windowed mode, unspent skill points, something random---I just find it weird that no one else has reported having an issue. Worst case, reinstall overnight even though that's unlikely to help. Noticed in one video walkthrough of the fight (from Lightfuzion Gaming) that someone from 3 days ago complained of the same issue.

We only have acts I to V available at this time. Act 6 is coming in a little while, and we're still putting acts 7 and 8 together at this time.

This is a first-response quick fix patch that should address some immediate concerns. Mainly the balancing of heroes, enemies, and content post Act 5. That said, I want to share some bits that we are planning for the immediate future.
Co-op is still our top priority.
Damage Calculation Model: we recently discovered some deeper problems in the system which we will be solving ASAP. We need to work on that as well as better clarification of how the abilities scale with stats.
Boss tweaks: several existing bosses will need an update to some degree of their mechanics, Furun the Soulsmith before all, and that is something we want to improve.
