This is an interesting debate. It was a topic that kinda came up during his initial TS phase (when he was too strong) but now that he's been nerfed a bit, I wonder how many people have chosen Tachanka over Smoke in Ranked and other situations. Yeah, it's literally just a balancing thing. If shields were countered by bullets, then they would be incredibly weak. I know players feel shields aren't in the best spot currently, but them being countered by ballistics would undoubtedly make things worse.

I don't have any information to share in regards to balancing, but the team stays pretty up to speed when it comes to community balancing requests. When they have something ready, we'll be sure to officially announce something.

Yes, but the lower framerate could put you at a disadvantage when you encounter other players who undoubtedly are running with a much higher FPS.
