If someone is banned for cheating, why should they be protected?

Do it like in PubG where the notice you get, includes the name of the person and the penalty they received.

We can't share details on someone who gets banned for cheating. Cheating is 100% wrong and we don't condone it in any form, however, sharing that info goes against our player guidelines. When someone you've reported gets banned, you'll recieve a message in-game letting you know that your report led to action on our end.

At this moment, I'm not aware of any plans to implement an abandonment penalty for Quick Match. Casual, or Quick Match in this instance, is meant to be a more "casual" way to play Siege and something players play when they don't have time for an Unranked or Ranked game. Introducing a penalty for leaving QM would essentially no longer make it casual since you'd be obligated to stick around.

On the flip side, it's not fun to have people leave games, no matter what mode you're playing on, so I do understand that. What are some other ways you can think of to cut down on the amount of Quick Match leavers that you've seen? Perhaps some sort of incentive for players to stick around in m... Read more
