You don't have to worry about Vote to Kick anymore as it's already been removed from the game. Your Quick Match MMR should put you in lobbies with players with similar QM MMR, so you should be fine.

I think you can already compare him to Jager. Allowing him to gain his MAG-Nets quicker may render him a bit too powerful at the moment. I believe this was nerfed a few weeks after his release because players felt he was getting them too quickly.
