As far as I'm aware, this isn't a bug. I believe this happens when all the operators you own have been picked by other players and you're given recruit by default. This also existed as a little Easter Egg in Rainbow is Magic... you could just be a blue recruit lol.

Probably Ranked, but a lot of Unranked games do feature sweaty players. Usually it's someone practicing for Ranked games, or a Ranked player who doesn't want to risk elo. However, I'd say overall, Ranked is more intense.

They may be sweating, but they can't shoot in font and behind simultaneously!

Alternatively, swing on them too! Like I said, being sweaty and running around a map comes from their confidence and the feeling they can hit any shot no matter the distance or angle. If you can emulate that same confidence, even for a single game, you'd be surprised on what you can hit.

It's super unfortunate to read that your toxic encounter led to you no longer wanting to play the game. Our team has plans in place to further combat toxicity like the Reputation System we announced awhile back, as well as already existing ways to report and keep yourself away from toxic voice and text chat.
