Hi @Medazzal, you can find Dog sunning himself on the little table next to the supply pile at the Crow’s Nest as shown in this screenshot.

Hi @ianbrooke the others are correct, you can find the Forged in the fortress just outside the expedition in Great Cleave.

Yes, an NPC named Otmar offers a repeatable quest to go into the Empyrean Forge- he can be found in Great Cleave as shown in the attached screenshot.
