Sadly, we only officially support Ubuntu 18.04 so I can't say for certain what is wrong with your version of the game.

Could you dump the lshw logs in here so I can get a better idea of your specs? Just write "sudo lshw" in your terminal.

On my machine, running Ubuntu 18.04, I could login just fine. Reading your logs leads me to believe the cause of your issue is due to the servers being overloaded on Tuesday.  

Hi, thanks for your report. It could have something to do with your drivers.
It's worth reinstalling and updating your audio drivers and see if it gets fixed. It's been a while but I don't think pulseaudio is the default sound system on Ubuntu.

Officially, we only support Ubuntu 18.04 so any other distros might have issues.
